Inspection Procedures

All parts manufactured at RPM Machine require First Article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection before they are shipped to the customer. We will also provide you with sample parts for your inspection before we begin full production. All customers are supplied copies of original prints that we used for the production and inspection processes.

We also supply our customer with a copy of our final inspection documents. Material Certifications and Plating Certifications are provided upon request.
